In
the eventful year of the new millennium, with great pride more just fully
we introduce ourselves as premier manufacturers of Rubber components and
Rubber Rollers.
PRINT-O-TEX ROLLS- a Small Scale Industry
established in the year 1986, is a dream child of late Mr.B.R.Rangaiah who had strained in up-building of
the Tool Room in the world renowned, The Hindustan Aircraft Ltd. His
yeoman service in this country's defence
industry during the period of World War II,
impelled him to establish as an independent entrepreneur, he found the
strong mechanical engineering unit under the name and style of: M/s. Sri.
Ranganatha Wood Turning and Mechanical Works,
in the year as far back as 1944. When our country was in its infancy in
the mechanical engineering field, he had ventured to cater the demand of
the mechanical machinery spare parts to the textiles mills such as the
famous M/s, Bangalore Woolen, Cotton and Silks Mills Ltd., (BINNY`S); to defence department, to automobile industry and to
local textiles machinery manufacturing units.

Mr.Rangaiah did not lag
behind to extend his hand of co-operation to his fellow entrepreneurs in
whatever fashion they needed. He became the founder member of: All Mysore Small Scale Industries Association(AMSSIA)
presently known as Karnataka Small Scale Industries Association(KASSIA) to
substantiate the dictum of Sir M.Visveswaraya:'
Industrialize or Perish'. Being an intimate associate of Dr. K.L.Nanjappa Advisor to UNIDO, Mr. R.S.Aradhya,
well known industrialist and so many other stalwarts, he had dedicated his
unflinching service for the redressal of
industrialist in particular and for the upliftment
of Small Scale Industries as a whole. He held the responsible post of
Treasurer during the erection of new KASSIA building in 1984. His over
whelming zeal for the cause of the industrialist had propelled him to
assume the office of the Director of various industrial wings like:
Bangalore Co-operative Industrial Estate Ltd; K.L.Nanjappa
Foundation, Iron and Steel Industrial Consumer Co-operative Society Ltd.,
etc. After visiting Western Countries and some of the industrial units
there, he came back with a good set of ideas and practices.
With staunch support of his son Mr.B.R.Shantharam,
a Diploma holder in mechanical engineering with rubber technology, a Rubber
unit with multifarious applications came into existence in 1970 under the
name and style of M/s. Sachbar Rubber Products;
the first of its kind in Karnataka-Bangalore to cater the needs of
mechanical rubber moulded products. It may not be
exaggerated if a mention is made here again that they steered their
supplies to both private and public sectors like: B.E.M.L, I.T.I, B.E.L,
KIRLOSKAR, etc. The hard work efforts of Mr.Shantharam,
in the line of rubber technology gave a new facelift to the entire industry,
which has earned an unshakable and unerrasable
name in the rubber industry by quality and promptness. This is the out come
of his wide experience of his visit to EXPO-70 held at Japan in 1970 and
also to Western Countries and to Rubber Plastic Exhibition K-83, held at
Frankfurt and visit to some of the rubber industries in European countries.
To activate and keep the wheel of production in the
field, the other two son's Mr.B.R.Chandrakanth a
Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering and Mr.B.R.Bhaskar,
a Bachelor degree awardee in Electronics and
Communication Engineering and have their own accountability in widening the
horizon of their rubber products supplies, through the outlet: M/s.
PRINT-O-TEX ROLLS. Both entrepreneurs apart from their academic
qualifications, have to their credit the experience of visiting the first
Rubber and Plastic Exhibition held at the World Trade Center, Singapore in
1980; and the demonstration of Rubber Roll Covering Plant to cover the
rubber on Rollers/Cylinders in Automatic Roll Covering Machine, escalated
them to the establishment of a full fledged Rubber Roller manufacturing
unit: M/s. PRINT-O-TEX ROLLS in 1986, with its own infrastructure of
quality and efficancy. The erection of Automatic
Rubber Roll covering plant, imported from ITALY, gave them a strong
impetus that drove them into a new arena of manufacturing and supplying of
rubber rollers and rubber components. The capacity of Plant is from 25mm to
620 mm in diameter and from 0 to 4000 mm in length of rollers. This
capacity fulfils the requirement of rollers by all the industries such as
Printing, Textiles, Plywood, Plastics, Tannery, Paper, Garments and
Electronic industry. Rubber rollers manufactured by the above roll covering
machine WILL NOT HAVE ANY JOINTS of whatsoever, as compared to the
conventional method of Rubber covering. With this industrial background we
pledge to produce and market the commendable quality products with an
assurance of prompt and humane service to our valuable customers.
